To maintain our sustainability values, all bags are made to order in our Dublin production studio. Once your order is placed, it is immediately processed for production, which typically takes 2-3 days. We aim to ship all orders within 5-7 working days. Occasionally, we hold a small number of bestselling styles that are available for immediate dispatch.

If you have not yet received a shipping confirmation email, your order is still in production. We are a very small team, and each bag is individually made to order, collected, and carefully packaged. We always aim to ship orders as quickly as possible, but good things take time!

Yes, we do offer bespoke orders.

• If your desired bag is a current or discontinued style in one of our signature fabrics or colours, there is no additional cost.

• If you require a bespoke fabric or colour that is not currently stocked, this can be arranged for an additional fee.
